GDPR 679/2016 – Information on the protection of personal data

Processing related to the web services of this site is carried out at the headquarters of TORRI S.pA. data controller and are handled only by employees in charge of the processing, or by any persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations.

The personal data provided by users who forward requests for the sending of informative material or application proposals (“curriculum vitae”, etc.) are used for the sole purpose of performing the service or provision requested and are communicated to third parties only if this is necessary for that purpose.

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, in the course of their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects but which, by its very nature, could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes the “IP addresses” or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the addresses in URL (Uniform Resource Locator) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the web server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the web server (successful, error, etc…) and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and computer environment. This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information about the use of the site and to monitor the proper functioning of the site and is deleted immediately after processing.

Rights of data subjects

The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of the same data and to know their content and origin, verify their accuracy or request their supplementation or update in accordance with Regulation (EU) 679/2016.
According to the same article, one has the right to request the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing.
